Management Trainee Development Program
(PFIZER – MTDP)

Pfizer Indonesia, an Indonesia domiciled company that was
established as engaging in manufacturing and selling pharmaceutical
product, animal health products and general export and import. The
company commercial activities started in 1971. Pfizer Indonesia is
ranked no. 1 in MNC pharmaceutical market in Indonesia
(International Pharmaceutical Sales Audit data July 2008).

PFIZER MTDP (OBJECTIVES)
1. To make Pfizer to be employer of choice and recruit high
potential talents and develop them to become first line managers who
will eventually assume future leadership roles in Pfizer Indonesia

2. To deepen the talent bench to address talentshortage especially
for critical positions in the organization

3. To create a pool of high potential employees to be future leaders
in functional or management positions by undertaking systematic
development program.

PFIZER MTDP (SCOPES)
1. 2—years program, involves exposure in all divisions within Pfizer
Indonesia
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from a
reputable university
3. Proficient in English both oral and written
4. Good team player and good ccommunication skills
5. Has strong drive to succeed

PROGRAM OVERVIEW :
The program shall run for 2 years, where the Management Trainee
(MT) will be exposed to the different functional units of Pfizer
(Sales, Marketing, Medical, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Public
Relation, Business Tecnology & Manufacturing).

Employment Status :
Contractual Basis (2 years)

Compensation :
The compensation of a MT shall be based on a Pfizer leader's (entry
level) salary range.

Potential Career :
To be staff or future leader of Pfizer Indonesia—In Supervisor or
Junior Level Manager
