Background:
We're seeking a highly potential with a background in Agronomy or
Plant Protection to join DAS's Commercial Development Program for
2008, in Indonesia.

The Role:
Recognised as one of the best in the industry, DAS's CDP is a
comprehensive 12-month program consisting of:
1) Extensive training – develop capabilities and technical knowledge
of markets and applications
2) Sales and marketing project assignments exploring growth
opportunities for DAS.
3) Customer visits with an experienced Sales staff
4) Networking with experienced Dow colleagues and building mentoring
relationship

Upon successful completion of this 12-month program you will
transition into an Account Manager role for one of Dow's global
businesses.

Requirements:
a) Bachelor or Masters Degree in Agronomy or Plant Protection.
b) GPA : 3.00 cumulative
c) Excellent interpersonal communication skills
d) Team player
e) Demonstrates a high degree of initiative
f) Strong analytical skills
g) Good command of both English and Bahasa
