We are a multi-national company specialize in providing industry specific software solutions such as : Property/Real Estate, Estate Management, Construction/Engineering/Project Based, Hotel/Club/Resort and Manufacturing/Trading and Distribution.

All our products are integrated with CRM, Business Intelligent and Work Flow Management. Currently we are looking for self-motivated and result-oriented candidates for the following position:


ACCOUNT MANAGERS (SALES)

Responsibilities:

1. To ensure sales targets are achieved and maintain good customer rapport
2. Perform pre-sales activities such as prospecting, creating new business opportunities, conducting detailed solution demonstrations, high-level consultative sessions and product walkthroughs
3. Present and submit to customer with a finalized collaborative proposal with solutions, justifications and expected results to overcome projections and win the business with maximum revenue/margin

Requirement :

1. Diploma/Degree in any discipline
2. Proven track record of at least 1 year of successful selling software solutions
3. Ability to present complex technical and business concepts to all levels of an organization
4. Relevant experience and knowledge on Microsoft’s MOSS, IBM-Quickr or Lotus Note
5. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
6. Possess excellent communication skills
7. Pleasant personality and ambitious
8. Dynamic, matured, self-driven, motivated and independent
9. Possess own transport & willing to travel local and overseas


APPLICATION CONSULTANT (Property Industry)

Responsibility :

1. Implement & Support Integrated computerized business solutions

Requirement :

1. Degree/Diploma in Computer sciece or Accounting
2. Excellent project management skill, must be able to coordinate and manage multiple project, track their progress and meet them within tigh deadline
3. Self-starter with initiative and able to work independently
4. Good Command of English would be an advantage

NET PROGRAMMER

Responsibility :

1. As part of the applications development team responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing the business applications development

Requirement :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2. Strong self-initiative, good analytical and communication skills
3. Must be willing to travel
4. Have at least 2 years experience in .Net programming
5. Have had hands-on development experience in delivering actual projects using any of the technologies listed below
6. Microsoft C# or Visual Basic .Net
7. Internet Information Server
8. RDBMS such as Microsoft SQL Server
9. COM+ or DCOM technology, XML/XSL
10. Understanding of MS .Net framework would be advantageous
11. Certifications such as MCAD, MCSD and MCDBA would be advantageous

SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsibility :

1. Perform marketing plan (campaign, prospect leading, etc.) and sales of enterprise-wide web based software solutions

Requirements :

1. Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Accounting, Communications or Public Relations
2. Have at least 2-3 years experience in sales & marketing of application software or accounting package
3. Must have excellent presentation, communication, selling and negotiation skill
4. Possess own transport
5. Good Command of English would be an added advantage
