Sales Manager

Responsible to motivate and direct a Field Sales Force to ensure maximum profits through controlled sales of specified products in accordance with Divisional and Corporate requirements.

Specific Requirements:
Age of 30-35 years old
Graduated of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or IPB
Having hands-on sales experiences min. 4 years; with at least 2 years experience in Managerial position


INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY Business

a. Sales & Marketing Manager (SM-IT)
Manage sales activity especially in IT product by guiding& training new sales or distributor, pursuing prospects, promoting products, offering solutions and achieving sales targets

b. Business Development Manager (BD-IT)
Explore new business opportunities by conducting market and feasibility studies specifically in IT related area

Specific Requirements (for SM-IT & BD-IT):
Age of 30-35 years old
Graduated of Business or Information Technology
Having min. 3 years in the same position
Having experiences in Sales & Marketing / IT Consulting specific in software & hardware from reputable company or multinational company
Have a good knowledge of IT focus on hardware, ERP software and infrastructure
SUPPLY CHAIN Business

a. Commercial Manager (CM-SC)
To provide commercial support, project handling, planning & controlling (business, financial & strategic) within Corporate strategies, policies and guidelines with the objective to increase the profitability and cost effectiveness of project

Specific Requirements:
Age of 28-35 years old
Has a bachelor degree of any discipline; holds a Master degree is preferable
Min. 2 years experience in Logistic (Custom Clearance, Transportation and Warehousing of Freight Forwarding), in operation or sales field
Has a deep understanding about Logistic Company
Willing to be posted at Surabaya or Semarang

b. Project Manager (PM-SC)
Manage IT and Supply Chain project in accordance with given schedule & budget

Specific Requirements:
Aged of 30-35 years old
Graduated of Information Technology
Has min. 5 years experience in Software implementation: ERP, CRM, Logistics, Distribution or Supply Chain project.
Participated at least 5 full cycles of projects implementation
Business integration experience with proven organization and prioritization skills, strong knowledge in Project Management Methodology
Has knowledge in Java (J2EE) Environment and MS.Net environment is a plus
Has knowledge in Supply Chain, Logistics & Distribution is highly preferred
Willing to be posted at Bekasi / Cikarang Area


c. HRD Manager (HM-SC)
Responsible for the human resources management function, including personnel administration, recruitment, training, organization development, compensation, employee relations.

Specific Requirements:
Age of 32-40 years old
Graduated of Law or Business or Management; Master degree in Advance Human Resources Management is preferably
Has min. 5-10 years experience in Human Resources Management, with at least 3-5 years experience at Managerial level from reputable local Supply Chain company or Multi National company
Excellent Human Resources background, Core Competency in Employee Compensation and Benefits, Personnel Administration, Industrial Relations, Employee Communications and People Development
Has experienced in developing and implementing Salary Administration practice, compensation & benefits program, employee activities program, employee opinion survey and training program.
PROFESSIONAL POSITIONS

Sales Executive IT (SE-IT)
Job Description:
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
Negotiating the terms of an agreement, price and closing sales
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders
Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations

Specific Requirements:
Male/female, age of 21 - 30 years old
Graduate from reputable local / overseas University with IT/Marketing/ Management/Business/Education background (fresh graduates are welcome)
Possess sense of marketing knowledge
Preferably have min. 1 year of experience in the same position
Computer literate on basic Microsoft office application
Good command in spoken and written English
The ability and desire to sell
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Sales Executive Paper (SE-PR) / Personal & Home Care (SE-PHC) / Agriculture (SE-Agri)

Grow sales in existing customers and develop new business opportunities

Specific Requirements:
Age of 25-30 years old
Graduated of Chemical Engineering (SE-PR and SE-PHC) or Pharmaceutical (SE-PHC) or IPB Agriculture (SE-Agri)
Having min. 2 years sales experience
Good command in spoken Mandarin is preferably
Sales Engineer / Technical Engineer – Water Treatment Filtration System (WT) / Oil Field Chemical (CE)

Specific Requirements:
For WT, graduated of Chemical Engineering or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
For CE, graduated of Chemical Engineering
For CE , has min. 3 years experience as Oil Field Chemical Engineer and familiar with bottle test
For WT, has min. 1 year sales experience in water treatment chemical and or filtration system
Customer Service

Partnering with Sales Executive to ensure all back office sales activity are completed and to grow business.

Specific Requirements:
Age of 23-27 years old
Graduated from reputable local / overseas University with social science background and have min GPA 2.75
Preferably min 1 year experiences as Customer Services
Human Capital Officer (HCO)

Be responsible for the activities in providing qualified man power needs starting from analyzing the needs, designing the sourcing strategy, determining the recruitment / selection method and running the assessment to support the development of employee.

Specific Requirements:
Graduated as a Psychologist (Profession career)
Preferably, min. 1 year experience in running assessment activities in Operating Company and familiar with multi rater evaluation.
Legal Officer (LO)

Be responsible for documents keeping, Legal Drafting and Advise, and for Corporate Actions arrangement.

Specific Requirements:
Aged of 25-30 years old
Graduated of Law specialized in Business (Keperdataan)
Has min.3 years experiences in the same field
Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin
Java Programmer (JP-SC)

Responsible for performing computer programming especially in using Java/J2EE, including preparation of program documentation, logic programs & structure charts, test & debugs computer programs; prepare system documentation

Specific Requirements:
Graduated of Information Technology
Has min. 2 years experience in Java Development
Proficient in Eclipse, Netbeans, Weblogic is a must, with a relevant database connection to Oracle and SQL Server
Completed at least 2 full cycle projects
Has a knowledge in Supply Chain and Logistics is highly preferred

Sales Consultant (SE-SC)

Achieve sales objective by developing new business opportunity specified in Software product.

Application Consultant (AC-SC)

Support the Project Manager by assisting Customer with the application of system implied.

Specific Requirements:
Graduated of Information Technology or Equivalent
Has min. 2 years experience in the same field. And has completed at least 2 full cycle projects
Skillful in Net Framework, VB, Crystal Report is a must, with its relevant database connection to Oracle and SQL Server
Has knowledge in Java (J2EE) Environment is a plus
Has knowledge in Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution is highly preferred
Willing to be posted at Bekasi / Cikarang Area
Programmer (PROG)

Responsible for performing computer programming, including preparation of program documentation, logic programs & structure charts, test & debugs computer programs; prepare system documentation.

Specific Requirements:
Aged of 23-30 years old
Min. S1 majoring in computer science and have GPA min.3.00
Familiar with Java or Visual Studio.Net. Microsoft SQL Server or others RDBMS
Understands Object Oriented Programming
Preferably having Programming experiences min. 2 years
