You will get a comprehensive training in ACC Management Trainee
Program (AMTP) for about 8 month, consist of in class 7 on the job
training. AMTP is a fast track program, designed to provide basic
knowledge and direct practice in our core business
to prepare trainess as management associates.
The right candidates should :
1)Bachelor's degree (GPA min. 2.75)
Master degree (GPA min. 3.25) from reputable university
2)Fresh graduates or max. 2 years experience
3)Students who will be graduated in next 2 months are encouraged to

4)Max. 27 years old
5)Energetic, having business sense and drive for result proven
leadership & interpersonal skill in extracurricular activities
6)Proficient in English
7)Willing to be located troughout Indonesia (is a must)
